Mansion Poker Review

Once again we come across a seemingly similar version of a poker site. The color schemes are the same, the setup is almost identical to other poker sites, and this could definitely make a bit confusing when trying to decipher this site from the rest. Mansion poker does, however, have some great points to it, but right along with those great points come bad points as well.

Like many other sites, Mansion Poker options for deposits are a bit limited. Once again, this is going to be a problem for those players that wish or need another way of payment. A mere 13 ways of payment are not a good starting point for this particular site. The great thing about making a deposit on this site is that once you make a deposit, and if you are charged any fees, Mansion Poker will reimburse you on the amount of money you had to spend on fees. I know in today’s world it’s nearly impossible to be reimbursed for any kind of fees you come across, that’s why it is a refreshing thing to know that there is some company out there that actually thinks about there customers.

Withdrawing money is just as worrisome as depositing. MansionPoker have only a few ways that you can withdraw and that is going make an even bigger problem than depositing. The lag times of payments are not that bad though. You will be able to withdraw and receive you money within 5 business days.  Other sites will have you waiting for days and days, but at least this is a site you don’t have to worry about giving you a giant headache while worrying about when you are going to get your money. That’s amazing considering the amount of money you could potentially win on the site.

Current promotions are great on Mansion-Poker. You will receive a 100% deposit bonus up to $500.  There is a VIP Loyalty Club where you can test your skills, earn points towards incredible prizes. There is also a guaranteed World Series Poker 2008 Package up for grabs. Free Rolls that are exclusive only to Mansion Poker and guaranteed tournaments lets this site become pretty high up on rankings, but still there seems to be something missing. Oh wait, I know…how about a $750,000 Grand Tournament and even an ability to create your own tournaments as you see fit.

A definitely good quality for this site is that they have 24/7 support. Not many other poker sites have this and it’s nice to know that you count on them to help you at any time of any day instead of having to wait for someone to respond to you slowly by email, or not even picking up the phone when you call for their help.

Overall Mansion Poker has got what it takes to entice poker players from around the world. Maybe a few touch ups here and there couldn’t hurt, but all-around, it is taking the internet by storm.

Personally, I believe Mansion Poker to be an ok poker site. It’s not exactly the best that I’ve ever been too or played on, but it definitely has its moments.

Sign ups are easy and they pointed it out very clearly. I went through entire process with no trouble at all and when I downloaded the software, it was unbelievably easy. There were step-by-step instructions to show me how to do everything. This is great because with all the poker sites you could be signed up for, you could only hope that they have the same kind of software or at least similar kind of software, so that you won’t have to learn a whole new process over again.

The games available on Mansion Poker are definitely to my liking. You can play any poker game you can think of any way you can think of. There are you basic poker games, along with tournaments and bonuses. And if you have absolutely nothing else to do, you have fun creating your own tournaments.

Another good thing about this site is that you can log everything you do. You’ll know what game you played where, when, with who and what every single hand you had was. It’s pretty amazing. It’s nice to have something that can keep track of everything for you instead of you having to let you brain to ALL the thinking.

Ok, now here is something really blew me out of the water about Mansion Poker; Their customer service and support team. It’s phenomenal! You can look up the answer to your questions on a very extensive FAQ listing or if you can’t find it there, you can email them. If those 2 options don’t work for you, you can call hem directly for 24/7 support and guess what?...they actually answer the phone no matter what time it is (day or night). If all other options fail you can chat online with someone who will help with all your questions. They are available at all times as well.

I like the promotions that are available on it too. It makes me feel like no matter what, I’m definitely guaranteed something. Of course I’m sure I’m not alone on this thinking. I mean really, who could pass up the chance to play for $750,000, $500,000, or even $100,000. Not me, that’s who! I know you can find some of this stakes on other poker sites, but you can’t find many that have this many high stakes. Most sites are starting to cater to low stakes and new talent.

My overall opinion of Mansion Poker is one of high regard. You’ve got the basics to get what you need done and even more for some more added fun.  Yes it seems to be needing a little more emphasis on certain aspects of their website, but when it comes to the basic of giving you a good game of poker and stakes that make it worth your while, Mansion Poker delivers.
